SAVE THE DATE! FORMAL OPENING OF THE FOTOFESTIVAL

On Thursday, September 17, 2015, at 7.00 p.m. the opening of [7P] - [7] Places [7] Precarious Fields will be celebrated at Wilhelm-Hack-Museum, Ludwigshafen.
The Kunstverein Ludwigshafen will be open until 10.00 p.m

On the following two days the Festival cities Mannheim and Heidelberg are at the focus of the festivities:

FOKUS HEIDELBERG
Friday, 18.09.2015 at 7 p.m. at the Heidelberger Kunstverein
Likewise open until 9.30 p.m.: Sammlung Prinzhorn (A shuttle bus will be organized between Heidelberger Kunstverein and Sammlung Prinzhorn between 8.00 p.m. and 9.30 p.m.)

THE SUPPORTING PROGRAMME FOR [7] PLACES
[7] PRECARIOUS FIELDS

On our homepage you can now find comprehensive information on the events in our supporting programme, which will take place during the period from 17 September until 15 November. In addition to the regular mediation range by the [7] participating institutions, we are offering exclusive guided tours with experts from different fields of expertise, the directors of the art venues and museums as well as with the Fotofestival's curator - Urs Stahel. You can download the published programme booklet as a PDF from our website.

In parallel to, and throughout 6th Fotofestival, OFF//FOTO is taking place for the first time this year. Mannheim and the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region have become an important hub as a location for artistic and scientific photography discourse. Fotofestival Mannheim-Ludwigshafen-Heidelberg is showing internationally renowned artists, while exhibition spaces on the independent scene are putting young trends on display.

EDITION SALE - 49 Unique Pieces by Artist Jules Spinatsch

First come, first served!

As a special highlight, this year a series of unique pieces from the oeuvre of Swiss artist Jules Spinatsch will be on offer! 49 single images from the work created for the Fotofestival in the Rhine-Neckar region. Tanzboden 1 is exclusively provided by the artist for sale at the Festival. These single images will appear only once in this form and are exclusively available from us. So it pays to be quick! (The artist reserves the right to offer all images in package form as an Edition.)

MONOPOL FESTIVAL TICKETS RAFFLE

To mark the opening of the Fotofestival our media partner Monopol, the magazine for art and life, is raffling 2 x 2 Festival passes. With the passes, all exhibitions at the participating venues can be visited throughout the Festival duration. To take part in the raffle, all that applicants need to do is send an e-mail with "Fotofestival" in the subject bar, their name and postal address, by Sunday, 6 September, at 15:00 to info@monopol-magazin.de.
